Terry K. Minton - Chairman, CEO

Terry K. MintonTerry K. Minton has more than 25 years of senior executive experience in both large organizations and entrepreneurial enterprises.  His passion for people, leadership and business has served him well in leading healthcare enterprises, a biotechnology company and new technology initiatives, including B2B and B2C product companies. From leading the visioning process to operational execution, Minton has exhibited effectiveleadership of complex organizations. He joins ideas, concepts and diverse business interests with human and financial resources for success.

Wesley A. Jackson (Wes) - President, COO

Wesley A. JacksonWesley A. Jackson, 38, is the president and chief operating officer for VuPal LLC. Before joining VuPal, Jackson spent two years with developmental businesses both as a partner in Maroon Ventures, LLC, a boutique digital media consulting firm, and as founder and chief executive officer of Radiant Markets, LLC,  a developmental research effort focused on using technology to create efficiencies and performance improvement in online advertising.

David Parks - Vice President, Sales

David ParksDavid Parks joins VuPal after a successful career as a sales leader in healthcare technologies. Most recently, Parks served as the director of sales for OBS Medical, a startup diagnostic software company specializing in predictive physiological indicators.

At OBS, Parks was responsible for development and implementation of internal and external sales growth methodologies, including sales force distribution, third-party vendor agreements and corporate partnership opportunities. Parks drove partner agreements with Medtronic, Vital Signs, Nihon Kohden and Spacelabs Medical to co-promote and incorporate the Visensia Software into complimentary products and services.

Before OBS, Parks spent 10 years with GE Healthcare, where he held several leadership roles. He started as the local sales representative for Kentucky and increased market share to over 95% penetration in all his accounts. Parks then assumed a leadership role covering the Great Lakes area, where he continued to build on a strong track record for sales achievement and professional development.  Parks built a reputation as a specialist in reviving and building business in poorly performing areas and took over the MidSouth Region.  He completely rebuilt the sales team, identifying key talent and driving successful sales force processes. He helped drive revenue from $21M in 2003 to more than $48M by 2008. Parks utilized his expertise in Strategic Selling to develop and implement the sales force methodology that was implemented across his division of GE Healthcare.

Parks has attended multiple Leadership Training Seminars, including the John F. Welch Center in Crotonville, NY. He holds a B.A. from the University of Kentucky and an M.B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University.  He lives in Lexington, KY with his wife, Beth, and his two sons, Graham and Walker.
